Holding a Master’s degree of Law (major: international trade law) of the University of Ho Chi Minh City.

Tuyen joined our team in 2013 after first experiences in a local law firm (VP Law) and as a in-house lawyer of an international freight forwarder and shipping agency (Everstalines).

She involves in Company law and International business laws (direct and indirect investment, commercial law, international contracts) and labour law, with a focus on advising domestic companies and registration of representative offices of foreign companies.

She is also in charge of our legal updates and regularly cooperates with Albert FRANCESKINJ to prepare presentations on labour laws for the French Chamber of Commerce Human Resources commission (Comité RH de la CCIFV).
