FIDAL Asiattorneys creates a “Major Projects, Infrastructure and Investment” department led by Nicolas Ragache who joins the Southeast Asia firm based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Together with the firm’s other practice areas, this department will offer integrated and full support in investment (funds, infrastructure companies, holding companies, etc.) and infrastructure projects (PPP, BOT, Concessions, etc.), as well as in structuring tender procedures and contractual frameworks.

Nicolas Ragache, lawyer and economist, graduate of Panthéon-Assas University (LLM in International Business Law), ENSAE (Msc) and DELTA (EHESS – DEA Postgraduate Diploma in Economic Analysis and Policy M2), spent 20 years working in French institutions and administrations as an economist and specialist of public finances, particularly in charge of issues related to industrial, agricultural and European financing. He has also represented the State on the board of directors of public entities and advised several French government ministers.

As manager of the “Major Projects, Investment and Infrastructure” department of FIDAL Asiattorneys, Nicolas Ragache will develop his practice with Albert Franceskinj and Caroline Chazard-Meas, the managing partners of FIDAL’s subsidiary in Southeast Asia.
